At the Newcastle United Store, we want all Magpies fans to be satisfied with their purchase; if you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all merchandise is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring you include the completed returns form provided in your initial delivery.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
